• Regular “Cancer Awareness and Counselling Sessions” are arranged at various hospitals.

  • We have been celebrating Cancer Day, each year on 4th February along with patients including children.

  • Donations to deserving patients. About 90 patients, so far have benefited from this support, ranging from few thousand Rupees to hundreds of thousands. That includes about 60 children.

  • Awareness material, pamphlets on Cancer, Breast Cancer, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and Cancer patients’ diets are being printed and distributed regularly.

  • Free cancer screening camps are being held to spread awareness about cancer in general and Breast cancer in particular.

  • Few newspapers and magazines have also covered the Trust activities and Interviews etc.

  • A training of volunteers was conducted under a Senior Consultant Oncologist along with psychologists, where they were briefed on techniques of counselling to patients.
